These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Infinite Books Publishing website and services. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.
1. Our Services
Infinite Books Publishing provides book writing, ghostwriting, editing, proofreading, cover design, illustration, formatting, publishing, distribution, marketing and audiobook production services. The specific scope, deliverables and timeline for any project are set out in a separate written agreement or order confirmation between you and us before work begins.
2. Ownership & Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you retain full ownership of your manuscript, cover art commissioned for your project, and all associated rights and royalties. Any ISBN registered on your behalf is assigned in your name. We do not claim authorship, co-authorship or royalty rights over ghostwritten or edited work delivered to you.
3. Payments
Package pricing, deposits and payment schedules are confirmed in writing prior to the start of any project. Prices displayed on this website are subject to change and do not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in a signed agreement.
4. Revisions
The number of revision rounds included with a service or package is specified at the time of booking. Additional revisions beyond what's included may be billed separately.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all manuscripts, author information and project details as confidential. Ghostwriting arrangements remain confidential unless you choose to disclose them.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we take care to deliver professional, error-free work, we do not guarantee specific sales results, review counts, retailer rankings or publishing outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
